We booked 1.5 hours before our arrival. The owner gave our room away to someone else and upon our arrival we were shown a different room hoping we wouldn't notice. When we arrived there was also a massive fight between guests happening. The owner isn't on site but we were met with a great manager who I believe is being taken advantage if (I believe he has to pay for his own work phone and bills which is quite expensive) after giving us a bit of trouble we managed to get a refund but we weren't refunded what we paid we were refunded what the owner received after hotels.com got their percentage. Be prepared before you visit this place. Maybe we are a little stuck up but we usually stay in luxury accomdations and we felt it wasn't up to standard service wise
