Excelent service, best hotel in town.

This beautiful hotel felt a home away from home. The staff were very pleasant and was always willing to help and also friendly. The breakfast had a big variety to choose from with numerous fruits and vegetables. Would recommend this stay for your next visit.

We stayed at the Sonesta for one night. Our experience at check-in was probably one of the best we had ever had. Happy smiling faces, great service and the welocme drink. Then at breakfast the next day we were addressed by name (very rarely experienced) and asked regularly if we had everything we needed. I jokingly said I wished they had tamales but apparently they only have these on Sundays. So imagine my surprise and delight when the waiter returned to tell me that he had spoken with the chef and they were going to prepare a tamale for me if I could wait. I was so delighted and humbled by this marvellous attention to detail and the desire to please a guest. Would definitely stay at the Sonesta again.

The facilities are not good as before. There is a maintenance that makes not easy to go out through the mall. The rooms and in general the installations doesn't look fresh and clean

Horrible coordination and management with the current construction going on at the hotel. The manager should make changes to the message that is sent to the guests so that they know they will be received by LOUD construction noises which begin at 7am. I was completely unsatisfied with my stay. In between the construction, the guests were loud and obnoxious. I will say that Laura and Jennifer were helpful and did all they could to help me.

This is a great place to stay at and its close to at least 3 great malls within 5 to 10 min walking. The staff is really friendly and accommodating.

Used to be good. The staff friendliness has deteriorated. The rooms are comfortable. The restaurant used to be excellent, now it is terrible, bad food, bad service.
