Excellent staff .room needed updating . The food was really good. Try the fish soup. Both dinner and lunch was excellent. Very beautiful location photo is a vieuw from our room.

Not at all as Expedia advertised. Not a 4 star hotel, maybe 2.5 to 3. Room chosen was to have a deep soaking tub but instead had a cheap shower with a base that flexed when you stepped in. Low class decor. Restaurant staff were very good. Would not stay here again

Absolutely loved our stay here. This was our honey moon and it couldn’t be better the suite was gorgeous with a balcony and the most stunning views. The staff speak English and Portuguese and were friendly and helpful and more than you could ask for, and the food was delicious, best selection of local produce you could ask for. We loved our stay here and will definitely return.

Room was clean and spacious. But no furniture except a bed, very small desk and one chair. No safa , only one chair for 2 guests. When I stayed at the room, I had to seat on the bed while my friend sit on the chair. Half of room was totally empty. 🤔

We had a view of the river from our room. This hotel is in a beautiful rural location. It’s a little out of the way but you won’t go wrong having dinner at their restaurant, the food was delicious. If you are looking for peace & quiet this is a great location & hotel.

The location is beautiful, with stunning river views that were definitely the highlight of our stay. However, the reception experience was underwhelming—there was no one to welcome us, and we had to search for staff. While they were friendly and smiley, the overall atmosphere didn’t feel particularly welcoming. It might have been a language barrier, but the lack of engagement continued throughout our stay. No one even asked how our visit was upon checkout, though that seems common these days. The room itself was spacious, but the bed felt small for the size of the room. Some maintenance was needed—dirty bins and the WC brush could have been replaced. Breakfast was adequate, considering the low number of guests, so while the buffet was minimal, it was enough. Parking was fine in winter, but I could see it becoming an issue during peak season. Overall, the setting is fantastic, but the hotel could improve in terms of hospitality and upkeep.

Lovely location and excellent staff. Rooms and hotel areas kept very clean. Breakfast very good as was food in restaurant in the evenings. Beautiful views from room.

A beautiful restful spa hotel with an exceptional restaurant and very comfortable bed. This is a jewel for the price!

The hotel is right on the river. With both beautiful room decks and a large deck for meals and peaceful sitting time. There is an outdoor pool as well as a spa that was enjoyable. Clean and comfortable (ask for robes if you don't see them in your room). Staff all around was friendly and helpful. Look forward to a return stay someday :)

This hotel is located in a quiet, peaceful setting. Being able to enjoy the spa for 45 min each day was great. We slept well and loved the balcony overlooking the lake. The restaurant and complimentary breakfast were also very good.

Very noisy due to constant traffic. Disappointed.

This is a nice country side facility with nice views, Excellent continental breakfast. It is a little hard to find if you do not have a GPS with updated maps.
