The air conditioner didn’t really work in the room. The thermostat fell off the wall when trying to adjust the temperature. I was able to reassemble it, but it never seemed to work right. The facilities in general had a budget hotel feel wrapped in a higher end hotel price tag. When checking out, the woman running the front counter at 11am on Monday 4/28 was extremely rude. We called for our from valet “at least 30 minutes before” before we needed it as instructed on the valet slip. We later received a call from the rude woman at the counter asking if we were going to get our car. I told her we would be down in a few minutes. I told her again that I requested the car “in 30 minutes “, she argued with me that it had already been way more than thirty minutes (this is untrue as I called at 10:30 and she called at 10:58. Since that’s such a point of contention for her, I’ll gladly show my call log if you want to see it). She also said the valet lane was full which it was not even close to full. When we did go down to check out, my wife handed her the room key and she threw our keys onto the counter and said “There’s your keys”. Lastly, we were supposed to get some additional perks such as a $20 room credit for our status with Hotels.com but there was no mention of any of that at check in. Overall a pretty mediocre experience.
