Overall Ratings & Reviews Beautiful Townhome with Pool

The location is in the middle of a large complex mostly occupied with full time residents. It is a gated complex which requires an access code to enter. No office or check in area on site. We had to have Expedia customer service Mack contact as our direct calls went unanswered. After much frustration, we made contact and received the code to enter. The unit was not as clean as advertised. Bathrooms were dirty and had obviously not been cleaned. Dishes and glasses were dirty and had to be cleaned before use. The pool area didn’t have any chairs. Not Much to enjoy. We would not stay here again.
