The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast is wonderful. We booked this hotel because it is so close to SPAC!

The room was clean. The hotel is very big, a lot of hallways. Takes a minute to get used to it. The breakfast was great. It had a lot of choices. They had a social hour from 4 to 7:30 pm. unfortunately we ate before we checked in. It would have been nice when we reserved the room that the hotel could have mentioned that on their website on which days the social would be and the times. The pillows on the bed should be firmer. The bed was comfy. The tv was to the side of the bed, had to pull the tv out to see it. We have used this hotel before and would stay here again.

We had a great time staying here. The suite we booked was perfect to accommodate our family. The staff were super friendly. We enjoyed breakfast every day and also took advantage of the pool. Very quick and easy to drive down the road to the heart of Saratoga Springs. Definitely recommend!

Great location and staff and the room was very nice.

Nice hotel that provides a shuttle. Shuttle workers were great. Towels were yellowed; safe did not work. Housekeeping did not appear until day three. I had to get my own towels at the front desk. Room smelled doggy (dogs are allowed) so I had to go buy room spray. Not worth the money.

This place is great for kids with spacious rooms and an awesome breakfast buffet that’s always tended to.

Been going to homewood suites in Saratoga since they opened always a great trip,shout out to Pim in breakfast room.

We enjoy the lovely property as it's near downtown, is pert friendly, clean and the staff is so friendly !
