Sheets Was Dirty, Staff Was Talking Loud On Her Phone At 730am Walls are Thin So You Hear EVERYTHING.. Toilet Tissue Was Used From Last Guests. There Is Mold In The Shower And The Shower Curtain.. && They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE.. If You Book Here Do Not Book The Standard Room.. It's Super Small

No parking at property but everything else is fine. Small, quaint, nicely remodeled was great for my needs.

It’s was a last minute booking my room wasn’t that welcoming there was mold on the wall it room is very small and bathroom very tiny it’s like a motel just to rest your head one night , we had to do an upgrade to a bigger room with two bed I recommend doing the two rooms the view is nice by the window but overall it was okay would I book it again no

El lugar esta cerca del Condado, la playa, el Viejo San Juan. Muy limpio el cuarto, pequeño pero acogedor. Muy amable el personal del front desk. Varios lugares de comida cerca. Lo recomiendo.

The hotel need more hours services for the restaurante because is only Dinner option at list we need services for breakfast.

Property was good overall though there were a few minor things that would’ve made it better. The bathroom was missing a towel rack which left holes on the wall which were unrepaired and looked pretty bad. The fact that the room did not have a lock/latch on the inside was a little unsettling since hotel rooms usually do, it gives you that added sense of security. The parking was a bit of a walk and a bit scary to walk through late at night even though it had security they were not posted in the actual lot. The property was hard to find as it did not have a sign and was on a one way street so every time you passed it you had to drive 7 minutes around to get back to it, luckily the front desk person was nice enough to stand outside and wave at me so I knew where it was.
