Stayed for one night in the family room which was perfect for our needs and reasonably priced. Excellent breakfast.

Lovely big family room, very accommodating of our toddler and really good free from options at breakfast after letting them know our intolerances.

This place was amazing! Would definitely come back to stay here again. Great staff! She let us check in early due to us flying in earlier. The breakfast was so delicious and was ALOT of food which was so so nice. Price point really good too.

We stayed in the family room and it was very clean and spacious. A double bed and two twins. Bathroom a nice size. The house is lovely - well maintained, not dated looking. Very nice hosts and great breakfast.

We stayed for one night, we had an early flight the next morning. Mary was very accommodating and kind and made sure we had breakfast, even though it was earlier than the usual time. The bed was very comfortable. It was a very charming B&B.

A good location if you are driving and visiting Edinburgh, Glasgow and surrounding area on day trips. Room was clean, comfortable and good size for our family of three. Dining places are 10mins walk away.

The owners were helpful and polite and made a banging breakfast in the morning would definitely recommend
