We booked and paid for 3 individual rooms (2 single and 1 double) but in actuality, we were given a twin-bedroom suite, we somehow had to share bedrooms and a bathroom. Not only were we off by Php1,000 against our original booking, but it was in fact an inconvenient experience. On the day of booking: 5:49 pm I called the property through the “call hotel” option of the app to inform that we will check in late, between 8 pm - 9 pm, as we were still traveling during that time. It was the OYO customer service who answered and the rep. assured me that he will be the one to relay the message to the property. 7:34 pm. Someone from CircleB called me (through phone) to inform me that the 3 rooms we've booked were no longer available. And the only available they had was the twin-bedroom suite. I was still on travel during the time he called, it was getting late and he offered me no other choice but to take the only available room. The receptionist claimed that there was a problem with their booking system. Despite that the rooms were available online, actually, there weren't available anymore. This was not our first time booking a room/s with CircleB. Our past two stays with this property were excellent. The rooms were clean and the previous staff was nice too. We had no issues with our bookings. But this particular experience was just too frustrating, especially for travelers who usually checked in late and were used to do online booking for hassle-free transactions.
