Beautiful hotel and great location!

The hotel was ok , nothing great for the price they charge. Beware if you have any emergencies and you need to cancel they won’t honour it. Terrible customer care. Will not be returning to this hotel

Rooms are well appointed but the real winner is the views from the hot tub and pool and the incredible robes they lend you!

Superb location and well maintained spacious rooms. Views are fabulous and it’s easily walkable to town. This is the 2nd weekend stay where the ‘ambience’ has been non-existent because of the large number of children running around the corridors late at night. Early morning there were more children in the pool and hot tubs than adults. This wouldn’t be an issue if they were supervised or at least not screaming and doing cannonballs but the overall atmosphere was one of a high energy playground/waterpark so be prepared. This is not a relaxing resort for adults despite the terrific amenities. I hope the new hotel that’s being built is adults only. It’s back to a condo next trip for us.

The hotel is beautifully located and lovely. The staff take it over the top. Everyone seemed to be happy working there and it makes such a difference

Great newer hotel but there is disconnect between premium prices they charge vs services and amenities. We would still prefer Stoneridge vs what feels like an overpriced hotel room at Malcolm.
