Rooms were clean and provided plenty of essential products. The breakfast buffet was good and worth the additional charge.

The onsen would be better if the water temperature could be a bit higher.

Morinoyu is is new condition and very clean. Staff are super helpful. Onsens are nicest in Japan.

The bed was very hard and the pillows were tiny but other than that, it was good.

I really want to line this hotel and it's onsen, but it's just a little lacking. They renovated 2 years ago and the large outdoor pool is no longer heated. It's extremely cold, even in May which is a disappointment.

The Bath was very clean and the onsen was very relaxing.

Excellent Customer service, clean and beautiful outside various hot spring and garden. Nice place to relax. The shuttle driver was very helpful and courteous.

I think a lot of the Onsen properties are on the hillside above the city proper which is down the hill quite a ways. You need to drive to get to downtown area which is rather bustling. It was nice to be in a quiet area. Just a short drive is everything you need including lots of good eateries they're quite reasonable.

2박 묵는동안 가족들 모두 편안하게 잘 지냈습니다. 일본어를 전혀 못해서 걱정했는데 리셉션에서 영어로 응대해주셔서 큰 어려움 없이 체크인 할 수 있었습니다.또한 따뜻한 온천탕에서 여행으로 쌓인 피로를 풀 수 있었습니다. 이용객이 많지 않아 저희 가족이 전세 낸 듯 사용할 수 있어 좋았습니다! 저희가족은 노천탕을 기대하고 갔는데 11월~4월까지는 노천탕 운영을 하지 않는다고 하여 이용은 못했습니다. 다음에 노천탕 이용위해서 또 바문 할 의향이 있습니다. 리조트 옆에 편의점이 있고 차로 5분거리에 큰 마트도 있어서 장보기에 편리했습니다. 또한 차로 30분정도 거리에 아프리칸 사파리와 벳푸 시내에 갈 수 있어 접근성이 좋았습니다.

I really enjoyed the multiple onsens that the hotel has. All of them are nice, but especially the park and outdoor one. The buffet was also tasty. The staff didn’t speak any English, so having some Japanese skill would help. Instructions are available in English.

新しいホテルだったので、すべてクリーンでした。 水着を持参しておらず、屋外の温泉施設を楽しむことができなかったのが後悔。。。 地獄めぐりまでは徒歩圏内ですが、坂があるので少しきついかもしれません。もう少しレストランなど飲食店が近くにあったらよかったかなとは思います。 別府駅からはバスが便利です。
