Fairly brand new hotel, Well designed but poorly maintained. Decent amenities, eateries aren’t nearby.

Breakfast is nice, enjoy the stay.

The room is perfect and staffs were friendly and helpful. One of the disadvantage is that we have arrived at the hotel at 14:30 (after the check in time it stated), but we have been waited for over an hour to be allocated to a room. The reason was that numbers of customers have checked out lately and eventually the rooms were unavailable when we arrived. In addition, we went to the pool in the morning, we have found a number of kids were not behaving in the public area such as pouring drinks in the pool, none of the staffs on duty warned about the unbehaved behaviour. Overall, the room was tidy and in good condition, but improvements in services for customers and publics should be undertaken.
