Le 22 Apartment Hotel in Casablanca was an absolute relief after our nightmare Riad stay in Marrakech! The place is spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained. Located right in the city center, it’s close to everything yet peaceful and comfortable. The breakfast is simple but good — enough to start the day right. The staff were polite and professional, and the entire stay felt safe and refreshing. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Casablanca!

It was hard to get a good night’s sleep because it was too noisy during the night.. cars and trucks kept passing by, and the horns were very loud. Breakfast was also quite limited, and there weren’t any plates to serve yourself. You had to keep going back to pick things up one by one, which was very inconvenient when it should have been the opposite.

worst place to stay in casablanca, poor wifi in the rooms, no one assists you if you need something, a lot of attitude from the workers, very noisy area, and the elevator is old and makes a lot of noises ,you cant get 2 keys only 1 which is really inconvenient if your traveling with more than one person because the key is capable of the lights in the room just very poor service and industry overall don’t recommend at all

My stay was the best. friendly staff , nice and clean and quiet, Ali in the reception was very nice and helpful and very friendly and polite. Will do it again for sure Regards

The beds were very comfortable. There was an issue with ants in the bathroom. The front desk was helpful with the issue

It was laid out like an apartment not tiny hotel rooms Im uses to staying in.

It is a clean and well organized property. Breakfast was assorted with good varieties. People at the reception are friendly.

My family and I were surprised when we saw this apartment hotel. Everything was western model and very clean and comfortable. The suit was very cozy and the staff were very kind and willing to help. I definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

The units are spacious and clean. Good looking place with a lot of character and conveniently located.

You can find cheaper hotels in Casa, but the rooms are nice, and the staff is kind and helpful, and at least one speaks English. The first time I stayed her I reserved a basic room, with the fold-out bed, but they upgraded me, and it was so nice. The double bed is SO much better than the fold-out. The workout room is minimal but clean, and the treadmill works. The breakfast is usually good but simple, and if you ask they'll scramble an egg for you, although they don't advertise that. i had a slight issue with reimbursement for a room when the person left 2 days early, but the hotel tried really hard and it looks like I'll end up getting reimbursed, and they didn't have to do that. Expedia was kind but not too helpful about it for a couple weeks, but eventually they helped me work it out with the hotel.

Like the concept of being in Home Away From Home, great healthy breakfast and Clean

The room was cleaned late,and not properly cleaned ,we stayed for 4 nights but our linen were not changed ,the cleaner did not empty the bins throughout our stay . Breakfast was poor, no things for gluten free people.Staffs at the front desk were so helpful and very nice there is one of the security man who is so helpful he will go extra mile for you, its a shame that i forgot his name

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was convenient and easy to get to without being in the congested area of central Casablanca. The room was new and very nicely furnished. The beds are some of the most comfortable I've slept on in a long time! Air conditioning worked great and was not limited as I've found in many hotels here. The free WIFI was also very fast, enabling me to get some work done as well during our visit! Thank you for taking such great care of our family while we were there!

Séjour au top ! L’appart’hôtel est très bien équipé, propre et calme. Tout est pensé pour le confort des voyageurs. Le personnel est accueillant et disponible. J’ai vraiment apprécié mon passage ici. Une adresse à recommander les yeux fermés !
