We stayed in mid-October for one night and had a decent stay. However, there was no air conditioning and no screen on the windows, so if you leave the windows open to cool the room, bugs will get inside. There were many stinkbugs inside already when we arrived. Otherwise, the room and facilities were nice. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh.

This property was clean and comfortable. The staff went over and above to make sure we had a great night. They lit a fire in the fire pit and accommodated us for a delicious meal

Good location, nice size room. The amenities of sauna and whirlpool must be nice because you need a $60 reservation to use them. That takes away from the experience that you might think should be included

Everything was great from reception [Monique] to room [v clean with tea/coffee] to dinner [Jasmine]. Staff mostly efficient. Breakfast was ok but too much is left open for flies to land!! Food should be covered and people should respect that. I only ate cereal and yogurt!

It was a great jumping of point for Plitvice. Very hospitable.

Beautiful property. Pool was pretty. Small hotel. Only problem was how LOUD it was! My room was #4 and it shared a wall with the restaurant. The small hallway is open to the reception area. You can hear every time someone comes in or out of the hotel.

Big clean room in very modern hotel. Ten minutes drive from Plitvice Lakes. Good facilities - kids loved the pool, and lots of space for us all in the family room.

This is a great place to stay for visiting Plitvice National Park and the surrounding area. Great facilities, easy check-in, and helpful staff.

Good but not great. Just a standard hotel vibe. Spacious rooms though and a nice bathroom. Good for our 1 night stay. The highlight was where we ate, Fast Food BBQ about a 5 minute drive from hotel. Get the meat platter!!!!! The hotel food and restaurant seemed overpriced so we ate out.

Great new small hotel near Plitvice Lakes Park. The hotel rooms are newly renovated and very comfortable. Nice large pool area with a nice patio for drinks and dinner

If you’re looking for disappointment and an uncomfortable nights rest, you’ve come to the right spot. With no air conditioning, bugs, thin walls and ceilings, high priced food, and lack of toiletries will have you wishing you stayed somewhere else. This place advertises air conditioning, which is not accurate. Our room was hot when we arrived so we decided to turn on the air conditioning and leave the room for a bit to allow it to cool. We retuned 15 minutes later to find our room filled with hot air like the heater was running full power, hot hot!! When we went to the front desk we were told they don’t allow the air conditioner to turn on because it gets cool at night. It was only 4pm, so we were expected to sweat it out until then?! Especially since our room was now like an oven. We were advised to just open our window, really?? It was hot all night and only got a few hours sleep. Very frustrated and could have been avoidable if they allowed use of AC like advertised.

Very close to the Plitvice lakes national park , good breakfast. If you go to the park go for 8am , do not need guide

Everyone here was friendly and helpful. I had a bad situation with my rental car and they were able to move my reservation to accommodate me. The massage was nothing short of amazing!!! I get massages all the time but this was definitely Top Tier! I would absolutely stay here again

Clean, beautiful property. The morning buffet is incredible! The pool is lovely (but closes at 7). Great food at the restaurant.

Great hotel for visiting the lakes. Enjoyed relaxing by the pool, the great room, the friendly staff and the food at the restaurant.

We had two double rooms, both were nice, clean and spacious. The restaurant was nice and the food was good. Breakfast was basic continental but nothing wrong with it
