Very friendly people, clean good location

Clean and friendly. Only input would be a wish for a little more bathroom storage I.e. a small shelf/basket for toiletries

Good area for food and drinks.

Place is great; I had room 302 it’s in another building; no elevator but completely awesome; clean, cozy, nice bed and bathroom, balcony, close enough to everything if your feet work. Front desk people are fantastic and give great dining advice; 2 for 2 on recos

It was nice and clean! Got a little noisy at night but not too bad. It was also in a good area and we liked being near the park.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, but the facilities are poor, the room smelt damp and was the furniture was very wore out, skirting boards coming away from the wall and the bed frame was peeling. The shower was extremity cramped I’m 5’8 (175cm) and I was hitting my head, my poor partner who is 185 cm had to hunch to use it. We were on the top floor and had an aircon unit o top of the roof which made a loud humming all night, resulting in a poor sleep. I wouldn't recommend to a friend

Clean room although some mold on the wood flooring as it is really old. But otherwise great place to stay!

Good for money/value

The place was amazing! It was a perfect stay for my family and I to get the real Lisboa experience. It’s located right next to the Praça das Flores and a great amount of cafes and shops to explore. It was a fairly small apartment, but perfectly sized for our small trip. Overall we had a great experience! We are definitely keeping this property in our list!

Great property with easy access to barrio alto! Some lovely restaurants close by as well.

Absolutely loved staying here!

We loved our trip to Lisbon. This hotel/lodging was in a perfect location! Close enough to walk many touristic places and half a block from a more residential and wonderful park/plaza with amazing restaurants and bars. The guest house is in an older building so a few stairs to contend with and it picked up some noise from the hall, but other than that it was great! I’d come back!

The location was excellent. Next to a lovely park with occasional live entertainment and an outside bar. At least six restaurants on the sides of the park. Wonderful bakeries and coffee shops within a block. A cute backyard patio. The hallway to this patio was not lit. The property needed repairs and the hallways were dark with unmarked dangerous steps. The kitchen was also poorly lit.

Loved our stay at Flores! We stayed in the Queen Studio room - One thing to note is that there is absolutely no room to walk around the bed due to the size of the room.

Property was in a good location, functional and bed was comfortable. However, pictures were misleading as it indicated that the room was much bigger and had a kitchen in our room. This was not the case room was small and was a shared kitchen on a different floor which was disappointing. Also, the steps to the room were very steep and not for people with mobility issues. Owners should update pictures to be more reflective or what you are getting.

The property was entirely misleading. The photos have not been updated in years. The walls were significantly gouged and stained. The bathroom shower frame was broken with dangerous exposed edges. The entire unit smelled of mold. The bed was stained. And the mattress was severely worn out and consisted of two doubles pushed together. As well there were cockroaches throughout. Every light switch and door frame was absolutely filthy. The staff was helpful but seemed unaware of the level of filth present in the unit. I would strongly recommend not ever booking this unit. I have photos of all the issues, including the cockroaches.

Comfortable appartment for family of 4 with AC and kitchenette. The apartments are close to Praca das Flores, a small park/square with restaurants and a kiosk and a wonderful place to have a pre dinner drink. Other than that it is agreat place to start exploring the city either on foot or by public transit

Flores is in a great, quiet part of Lisbon, but on a beautiful neighborhood square with drinks and food all around, and a great crowd at night. Weve stayed there twice and will probably stay again.
