Nice rooms, clean and comfortable. They offer a nice and yummy breakfast. The rooms don't have air conditioner but we opened the balcony and we had a fresh breeze coming in and a nice view. We were looking to the lake and although we have a neighbor windows with smoking people from the neighbors house it was no so bad.

Good location, friendly service. Overall great value, especially with Ticino Ticket which is valid on most public transportation in Ticino and rebates on a lot of Attractions.

Excellent hotel very friendly staff at a good price . Beds are very comfortable, Hotel is in a excellent location. Only disappointment I did not see it doesn’t have air conditioning. Which is usually fine in Switzerland. But we are having a heatwave and our room opened it up to a communal patio area no window just a sliding glass door so we couldn’t really open the door while sleeping. Got way too hot. The rooms on the upper floors have private patios so you can easily open the patio door at night to stay cool. I would definitely stay here again, just maybe not in the dead of summer They also have excellent free Coffee

The hotel is well situated, clean and in good condition. They were nice enough to put anti-allergic bedding in the room and some of the extras like free coffee was much appreciated. The only downside was the bed. Even though I specifically asked for a double bed, they gave us a room with two single beds put together and the gap moved apart while sleeping. Furthermore was the mattress quite uncomfortable.

Very nice hotel a short walk to the lake. Very clean. The staff are very helpful.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was lovely and accommodating! Breakfast was very plain for 15 Swiss francs per person, not worth it! The beds were just plain torture, like sleeping in a cot. The comforters were very thin and the pillow might as well have been a thin slab of wood. Terrible night’s sleep!

Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sauber und in ein paar Minuten am See. Bus ganz nahe. Wir können dieses Hotel nur empfehlen.

Waren zufrieden. Leider konnte man in der Nacht die Fenster im Erdgeschoss , aus meinem Sicherheitsgefühl, nicht offen lassen. Fenster Rollos wurden sehr vermisst.

Lovely small hotel in a very beautiful city of Ascona. Friendly personnel. Nice view from the room balcony. Car parking downstairs.

Wir waren schon öfters in diesem Hotel und immer sehr zufrieden. Schnell im Zentrum und Parkgarage sind die Vorzüge, wie auch aufmerksames Personal.

Schon vor der Anreise alle wichtigen Infos per whatsapp, Schlüsselbox bei später Anreise top, ideal gelegen (Buslinie 1, Station Barragie gleich daneben; in 5-8‘ in der Altstadt von Ascona und am See. perfekte Verbindung bach Locarno. gerne wieder!
