We rented the conference room for 4 nights but security came at 1 am each night and said we had to leave, seems ridiculous given we paid for the room. No coffee or cup refill when the room was cleaned.

The property is next to a busy road so lots of traffic noise . Would have likely been better on the other side of the hotel . There is a Walmart next door so very convenient if you needed a thing. The staff is friendly . There seems to be limited parking but there is an underground parade with a lot of parking. Overall I would stay here again.

Nice clean hotel, staff were friendly, room was average, backed up to a Walmart, the beginning’s of homeless addicted people, not unsafe but sad to see, lots of garbage in the lane and on sides of the property.

The reception staff were friendly and cheerful. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint would be that the bathroom was dark even when putting on the mirror light, which made it hard putting on makeup.

Nice hotel

We stayed two nights. The room was clean and appropriately set up. The room was not serviced after the first night. Had to request coffee and towels. The public areas; hallways and elevator were dirty. The check in was average. There were a lot of smokers staying the first night, Had to walk thru a lot of smoke to enter the hotel. Hallways smell of smoke Saturday night. We just didn't feel very welcomed or comfortable here.

We were going to WEM, and it ws very convenient. The property and room was nice, new and clean. The staff were nice and helpful . The pool area looked nice, but we didnt get to use it while we were there. The breakfast was good. On th cweekend, it was buffet, but on the weekdays it was a la carte and though we had 3 people staying in the room, we only had 2 vouchers and ended up orderi g a 3rd breakfast, though we could have gotten away with splitting 1 of them. The other comment i had was that there weren't enough towel rails and hooks in the bathroom . We had no placecto hang towels

I will never stay in this hotel again. Bed sheets was stained when we asked for replacement front desk told us they didn’t have any. Shower pressure was very low. It’s impossible to wash hair. Lobby smells with cannabis. The first and last time I’m staying there.

Great stay. Quiet and clean. Would stay sgain

We stayed only for one night and everything was wonderful until check out, the girl at the front desk was on the phone and made no attempt to interact with us. Just took our rooms keys and carried on with the call. I got the impression that it was a personal call.

Great location in west Edmonton, close WEM. Pool and hot tub area not cleaned up from the night before.

Was great we had a noisy upstairs neighbour but the front desk settled it immediately.

My stay was excellent, staff was friendly and helpful, room was comfortable but wasn't able to log in to the wifi and there was also confusion about price for buffet breakfast.

Excellent room. Clean, lots of space big bathroom, quiet.
