Clean, comfortable, restaurant was really nice and food was good.

Room was clean and updated. Could not hear other guests for the most part. In an ok area of town close to major restaurants. Pool get super busy so didn't enjoy that. But other wise not a bad stay.

The hotel does not live up to four points Sheraton expectation.When we entered our room it had an overwhelming smell of sting cleaner. The furniture in our room was very scratched, damaged and liked awful. Pillows were awful. The design of the shower is ridiculous. You have to stand in the shower to turn the water on. Blasts cold water before it turn warm and no shelf in the shower to put toiletries on.

Hotel was very nice, shower was fantastic. Very disappointed with all the supposed people with their kids staying due to fires. Wanted to go to the hot tub or pool after playing two tough games of softball but couldn’t get near them with 20 kids yelling a screaming in there.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the lounge in the evenings.

The stay was comfortable and kind the staff at the lounge was very friendly when they would open our apple cider and the staff were very friendly and polite

We rented the conference room for 4 nights but security came at 1 am each night and said we had to leave, seems ridiculous given we paid for the room. No coffee or cup refill when the room was cleaned.

The property is next to a busy road so lots of traffic noise . Would have likely been better on the other side of the hotel . There is a Walmart next door so very convenient if you needed a thing. The staff is friendly . There seems to be limited parking but there is an underground parade with a lot of parking. Overall I would stay here again.

Nice clean hotel, staff were friendly, room was average, backed up to a Walmart, the beginning’s of homeless addicted people, not unsafe but sad to see, lots of garbage in the lane and on sides of the property.

The reception staff were friendly and cheerful. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint would be that the bathroom was dark even when putting on the mirror light, which made it hard putting on makeup.
