Okay place but the air conditioner barely cooled the room.

Ana & Boris were really informative and helpful.

I just have to rave about the helpfulness of the staff. Especially a kind, bubbling Elizabeth. Elizabeth went out of her way to solve any problems I might have. Each morning she booked a cab for me. And treated me as a friend with recommendations , you could tell she truly cares about people. There was a problem with loud noise coming from what sounded like the house cleaners very late one night. I think they live there, and were arguing quite loudly. Other that that it’s good for a two star hotel.

15th November 2024 came on Andre Reu concert - Zagreb Arena. For all around the the same area found good and fair hotel for one - two nights. Simple to find Hotel, parking and eliminated rush traffic.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only quibble is that there is no small refrigerator in the rooms, nor any coffee-maker. Also a ''do not disturb'' sign one can hang on the door handle would be nice, I had a near ''oopss'' moment coming out of the shower.

The rooms are clean with modern bathrooms and AC. The staff were always very welcoming, especially those running the reception. We had the occasional loud guest some nights during our stay, but this is not their fault. In general, the price is great for what you get.

We needed a toom for a night before we flew out early the next morning. Doors are thin and let some noise through, but everything else was good. Reasonable price. Clean. Employee at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

I have nothing but praise for the staff, everyone was super friendly and nice. The food was good. Rooms were decent. Bathrooms were moldy, our door handle was broken (took two days to fix), toilet seat was broken (took three days to fix). Lots of water damage everywhere although the annex we stayed in was only two years old.

it's all ok ezcp the frige didn't work. we user the lobby one but irs not the same. esp cuz its not so available on the midd of the night

Nice hotel that accommodated us arriving very late! Had a good stay

The receptionist was very nice, she called a taxi for me multiple times. However the cleaning lady twice started to unlock the door to my room without knocking or checking with the reception if I was there. Other than that, the room was very comfortable with a spacious bathroom and well cleaned.

Great location, only a 10 minute walk from town. Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had an excellent selection of foods. Good value for the money.

This is a reasonable place, especially given that the city centre hotels were three times the price or full, it was very good value for money, and only 15 minute walk from Zagreb main station. The noise insulation to the corridor wasn't good, and the bed and bedding not of the highest quality, but for a two star hotel it was adequate. However it was clean and the lady on reception was good. I wouldn't have a problem staying here again although I do prefer my three and four star hotels.

This hotel has it all! Great price, food, location and amenities. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. This hotel is located at just 15 minutes from the bus station and there are buses outside that pass every two minutes. It is super safe! We saw people walking or biking just outside even at 12:00am. When we arrived the check-in was lightning fast and when we got to our room it was sparkling clean. The hotel is very silent and it has a PC for you to use for free. Breakfast was great and tasty. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Zagreb.

The hotel staff was great, but the room had some problems. We had to change rooms because of a door lock that was not working. The announcement said they offer free parking, but the car had to be parked on the street. Breakfast was good and the hotel staff was friendly.
