Very friendly and helpful staff who were keen to try and address our issues with hot water. We moved apartment for nights 2 & 3 as the hot water ran out during a quick shower and the second person had tepid water. Same problem with the second apartment. Presumably a building issue which staff must know? Really spacious and clean apartment. Comfy bed. Kitchen area. Nice balcony. Would have been great if there had been reliable hot water. Good location

The apartment was super spacious and well stocked and furnished. The staff were really great at the hotel, too - even calling to make a dinner reservation for us. Thanks again for the hospitality!

Very good

We started badly, as the day we arrived there was really loud music from a bar next door until 3am. However, we were then changed to another flat where the noise was much less. We also had a few issues with appliances not working, but the property tried to fix them and if they couldn’t they let us use the appliances in another flat that was empty. The manager and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

A big apartment with lovely views. A bathroom for each bedroom. Great to see smoke defectors in the apartment. Very comfortable beds. Very polite staff.

The apartment was beautiful and had a lovely balcony and view. The staff are very attentive and helpful. Vadym was especially good and made our arrival so much better with all his pre arrival organising.

Excellent choice Better than expected

This is a wonderful apart-hotel. Superbly clean, quiet, comfortable. Great location close to all the cultural attractions. Came with the family, the staff was very accommodating with a later checkout so the baby could nap before we left. I’ll come back to Nicosia just to stay at Central Park Residences again—it’s an experience on its own.
