I did not get my accommodation because I was deceived with the offer. The place was not inside the Pico De Lori country club, the accommodation was outside of the country club. How in the world can you fool me or other travelers that you used the county club’s name. This is insane I deserve a refund for this. This is a big no no!

The room is still dirty and have an unsatisfying odor. There are no toiletries like hand soap, shampoo, toothpaste and towel. Me and my friends have to buy from the store in pico de loro which is expensive. They keep asking me for a another charge of 300php. They have two different reasons. 1.) they need the 300 for the taxes 2.) they need it for the cleaning fee. I haven't received any of this email that's why I didn't pay. Overall experience for me and my friends is very disappointed. I wish cpuld take my money back because it's not really worth it. 👎
