Excellent motor longe in the heart of Phillip island. Pauline at reception was super friendly and helpful. Totally recommend.

Excellent staff service, clean accommodation located in easy walks ng distance to activities and dining.

Friendly staff. Good location for all attractions. Lots of added extras such as water, biscuits and chocolate.

It was a large, comfortable room with many amenities. The location was convenient for seeing the penguins and the koala preserve. It was great for a one or two night stay.

Everything was good, and the extras in the room were unexpected and really good 😊

Property is a scam, messages 20 mins before closing to advise no late check in and would not answer there phone prior to booking, after message was sent and still wont answer there phones since. Would highly not recommend. We were left without accommodation for the night.

It’s easy to access the property. The size of the room was considered large and there’s ample of space for our two big luggages. Room was clean and well maintained. Hotel owner was so considerate, they provided us two bottles of water, a pack of biscuits, a bar of chocolate, tea and coffee and cream for free. There’s also a microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster in the room which is quite handy for a simple breakfast. Overall, we were happy with our stay. Owner was very friendly. Will definitely come back next time.

Great Motel, we arrived a little earlier than check-in and staff were very accommodating, would certainly stay again if I was in Cowes
