My Points

No staff coordination 
Menu in the room was half bitten by rat
AC remote was not working 
Didn't get breakfast, even though included
Wifi was not working 

No one was picking up the call I booked the resort but not able to stay there as there was no communication at all.

Food was horrible. Attitude was even more horrible. 
The bedding was dirty and we got it changed. Same for electric kettle.
