Staff were super friendly, the lobby had a popcorn machine and sweets, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. Location is perfect. Easy to walk along waterfront to many outstanding restaurants, shops, incredible views of mountain and ocean. Will stay here again.

Excellent hotel on the V & A Waterfront so close to everything. Loved the roof top bar although slightly cold.

Love the location. Breakfast is excellent although tables can be hard to find at busy times. Staff good. Bit of gripe, the iron in the room had not been cleaned and it left a huge black mark across a white shirt that’s now ruined.

My stay was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The staff made my stay extra special because they are always ready to assist. I would 100% recommend 🙂

Staff were all super welcoming even with our 11pm arrival. We were still able to get dinner too. Breakfast was great too- above expectations

Breakfast was the best part of our stay

Very hard bed. Sent us to the wrong room the first time. Staff seemed bothered that I insisted on getting what I paid for. Also didn’t receive the free bottle of wine I was supposed to get. I was hoping Radisson only sucked in the U.S. but I guess it’s universal.

Funky hotel with friendly helpful staff. The location is great, on cruise port edge of Waterfront. Our room was quiet and comfortable, after initial problems with the air con which were quickly fixed. Breakfast very good and 24 hour access to water taps.

Such a great hotel for a stay in Capetown . Fantastic location 5 mins walk to the main clock tower on the waterfront. Everyone of the staff from security to customer service to restaurant staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Convient parking
