Nice stay. Clean and well kept rooms. Excellent value for the money.

Hotel staff can't read their own refund policy. But, what else would you expect of people from North Sioux City anyway.

Our room was amazing. Especially for the price. I can tell the owners take pride in their establishment. A lot of new updates. Carpeting, mattress were new. The place was very clean. The fidge was cold and the TV worked great. The areas outside our room were also updated and clean. The gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. We were very pleased!

The stay was very pleasant very quiet and relaxing I enjoyed it got to rest up, one bothered us very clean and comfortable.

Kevin at the front desk was very friendly and helpful!

I’ll give them some leeway due to being in the middle of construction but dang it was not good. Thankfully the cheap price made up for it. Not sure if they had breakfast because we were up there for a volleyball tournament and arrived late and left early the next morning but I’m not sure I would’ve eaten it if they did.

They wouldn’t let me go to my room. Then they refused service. The owner cussed me out and spit in me and my freinds faces. Hadda call the police to get a refund come to find out I can’t get a refund. Like is this a scam they run or sum. Highly unsatisfied.

I placed my reservation online through Expedia, which was very easy and convenient. I was to have a room with one King-sized bed. I got a room with two queen-sized beds, which felt a bit cramped and had no comfortable chair except the one at the desk. My electronic devices could locate the WiFi signal, but the password did not work. The person at the desk treated me like I was an idiot when I tried to get that resolved. At least the WiFi was free. It didn't matter to me, but the place advertises a pool, but it is not in service. At least that was free, too. The person at check out was friendly.

Wifi does not work and rate is expensive then similar hotels considering overall amenities.

The owner was very rude and accused me of wanting to smoke in the room. He repeatedly said I would smoke in the room. There is a $50 hold for incidentals they did not state on the website. The room had no lamps the bathroom only had a shower will cracked tile needing replaced. And the tv didn’t work correctly.

The person at the front desk was rude and inattentive. He claimed my reservation wasn't in the system and didn't offer or try to help me. The AI chat was useless so I couldn't get help from anyone at Expedia and I eventually had to book a room at a different hotel through anther service.
