The staff was amazing. The location was perfect and very safe. The room was very well clean. The only problem we had was the beds are super super old and uncomfortable, pillows were uncomfortable. We were unable to get a decent sleep and the walls are super thin. You can hear the people next door.

All was great EXCEPT the breakfast area was a huge mess and out of a lot of hot food, the worker was no where to be found for over 20 min then showed up scrambling to provide food. Either she’s incapable of doing her job or needs help!! For a Saturday morning this shouldn’t happen

The staff was absolutely the best I have ever experienced. ALL of the staff that we spoke to whether it be the shuttle drivers or the front desk staff! Extremely friendly you could tell they enjoy their jobs! I really cannot say enough positive about them!

Hotel was in a very safe location. Breakfast was edible, but just basic hotel food. Staff at front desk were the kindest people ever! The main issue I had was that the tub was so slippery that my daughter fell and got a huge bruise on her leg. She almost hit her head. That is unacceptable. Provide a nonslip mat or add some texture to the bottom of the tub.
