They refused to accept my online booking with their lame excuses and I was stuck in the middle of the night with nowhere to go in a foreign country

Absolutely worst hotel. They cancelled our reservation through Expedia before we got there and then we had to pay a higher rate. The hotel was runned down, very dirty and staff was very rude and unprofessional. We love dout after the first two nights. Would not recommend to anyone. I didn't expect such a low class hotel to be available on Expedia. Very disappointed.

Do not trust this hotel when i reach there they said we dont accept online booking. I will never book from Hotels.com

I will not use Expedia again either. Please do not send any more emails to me. This hotel should not have been in your site. Too much trouble to write. I want to forget it.

Decent room. Clean and good location. Good value for the price
