Staff were brilliant.,parking great

Very easy to find, staff super polite and helpful. Loads of free parking, plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. My friend and I stayed in a twin room (15) and it was great, no issues at all. Hoping to stay again later in the year and definitely recommend

Outside a bit dated in need of a refurb. Reception very nice staff very good breakfast very adequate. Bedroom was OK but bathroom was not great toilet too close to the door shower screen not very good towel rail not secured to wall properly and towels very thin. Overall it was what we needed just for one night but could have been a bit better.

Bed was very comfy but the smaller details let them down. WiFi was patchy and not all TV channels were available. Towel rails were loose on the bathroom wall and room could have done with some TLC.

Basic comfortable and as expected. Just a note the restaurant next door is not open on a Monday so a 15 minute walk to a pub for dinner. Think an old Premier inn for style

Hello Hotel is genuinely a good hotel. It’s small and feels cosy. There is a big car park so no need to worry about finding a space. The location isn’t too bad. It’s not that close to the city centre but you could easily drive or just grab an uber (especially if u want to drink). Hotel itself has everything you need. A good standard breakfast, free tea/coffee/water machine, a vending machine for late night snacks, hairdryer in the room, netflix in the room etc. The hotel isn’t exceptionally modern but it’s not that old to make it feel outdated. It’s a good hotel with very nice staff. If I visit Manchester again, I will definitely come back to Hello Hotel. The peacefulness and comfort is way better than the chaos of staying somewhere in the city centre.

Really friendly staff breakfast a little disappointing nice and clean pity the tv didn’t work for our second room but overall perfect comfy bed great service my wife and daughter were able to get to the concert and for the price fantastic

Clean and tidy rooms with everything you need. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. A short walk to a lively area in Monton with plenty of bars and places to eat, if the weather poor then just hop on the bus to get there

We were a family of 4 staying overnight before our flights the following day. It’s fine for somewhere to get your head down but nothing more. The place is dated and drab. The room smelt a bit when we first went in and the kids had to sleep on mattresses on the floor!! We could hear every footstep upstairs guests made which isn’t fun when you’re trying to get asleep after midnight. The door in the hall knocked with the wind so I could also hear that through the night. The breakfast option was okay if you are happy with a warmed up sausage and bacon bun. You can go next door and pay for breakfast in the restaurant. Like I say, it’s totally basic and okay if you just need anywhere to get your head down. If you don’t mind chipped walls and your kids sleeping on the floor then you will be fine!

Great welcome with staff that cared, genuinly. Ckean, spacious rooms. Sub king size bed. Bath and shower. Attached to nice restaurant. Cont fault it tbf.

Very clean and modern room comfortable room.

Only one thing let this hotel down. False advertising!! We booked expecting a dble and a single bed in our family room. What we got was a double and a single mattress on the floor. My daughter is on the spectrum and had a meltdown about sleeping on it , neither my husband or I were happy about it either. We showed the gentleman on duty , our photo of the family room wed booked off their advertising. Said theyd never had a room with beds like that. Spoilt our stay. The room was clean with fresh towels and bedding. Tea and coffee available in room. Ample free parking availability.
