Hotel is close to the airport, and the shuttle service is great. Pool and gym are very small. Breakfast items mostly rolls and muffins, coffee was not hot.

The most difficult part about staying away from home is comfort. I did not find the bed to be acceptable. You could feel the springs I. The mattress when you sat down. I did not have a good rest which made it difficult to focus the next day.

Close to the airport but you do not hear the planes. Place was nice and room was nice. Just the doors slam shut and you hear each door shutting which was annoying.

Great stay with my family! The room was very clean, and the beds super comfortable. Staff through out the hotel was very welcoming and polite. Breakfast was also fresh and had plenty of options for different dietary needs. We would definitely stay again if we’re ever in the area.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. The check in clerk was friendly. The room was well designed and very clean. Breakfast was good!

Easy access and convenience

Amazing customer service . There was a mishap with reservation. The hotel had resolved the issue quickly and efficiently.

Very average. Very grearful for the Starbucks within walking distance and the shuttle. The women driving the shuttle were the best!! The front desk people were also lovely. Our room wasn’t serviced - that was disappointing. The pillows were old and flat. The restaurant options other than Starbucks/caesars pizza was … awful. Went across the street to Steak & Anchor and the staff were lovely but the food was horrible and the atmosphere was like a time warp back to the 80’s. Very creepy. Very limited menu. Nothing looked great. I took one bite of the fish tacos and decided I wasn’t hungry. Paid and tipped because it wasn’t the servers fault and bought a breakfast sandwich from Starbucks instead.

Very clean, comfy and conveniently close to the airport. Breakfast was great, too. The staff was very nice and we were checked in very quickly.

Great hotel for a good price with excellent manager and staff. Lobby is spotless and well appointed, gym is good, parking is very easy. Room, bathroom and bed were very clean, bed was comfortable. Only caveat is the neighborhood around the hotel has tons of disenfranchised, people experiencing homelessness and quite a number who appear to be having a mental health crisis or perhaps have been utilizing drugs. The hotel itself feels pretty safe and the staff as I said is very good.

I have experience in the hotel business and I absolutely loved this hotel. Very simple, clean, easy and the staff was knowledgeable.
