From the staff to the manager, they are very helpful, friendly and very kind. The location is indeed far from the harbor but we like it because we are looking for a quiet location. Breakfast and food are very delicious. We experienced a power outage in our villa at 2 am but it was not a problem. Thank you to all the staff and managers and Majo Private Villas and I will definitely come back again ❤️

The villa is very beautiful. The location of the villa is in the middle of the island so you can visit the sunrise and sunset spots with a little travel. The hotel team, both staff, receptionists and managers are very friendly. The check-in process is fast and given a welcome drink and cold towels which are very refreshing while waiting for the process to be completed and the goods are brought to the villa. Guests are provided with bicycle facilities that are in good condition and well-maintained, and the hotel team immediately quickly added a child carrier to the bicycle because they saw us bringing a 4-year-old child. There was a slight disturbance, but the hotel team was very quick and friendly in resolving the disturbance and providing a very good solution. The villa is very comfortable, clean and peaceful. It is very pleasant to stay here. There is no doubt to return to stay at this villa again when returning to Gili Trawangan.

The place is quiet, the facilities are complete, free bicycle facilities are also provided to get around the dyke, the breakfast is delicious, the waiters are friendly. Great experience.

The villa is really nice! The staff and admin are the best! Very well! Breakfast is included in the hotel price and is really delicious! Wifi is decent. Next time I will come back here again if the price is discounted!😍
