Very small basic rooms and bathrooms. Booking reservations for dinner was an all day thing on their app.

Excellent hotel. Best service we’ve ever had anywhere. Would highly recommend.

Overall beaches are nice and the property is good with variety excellent food. I am not giving it 5 stars as we did not feel the Greek vibe throughout our stay

Fantastic all inclusive experience-having the use of a Tesla for the day as part of the package was amazing! Staff were all incredibly helpful and we had a wonderful time! Great choice of restaurants too!

Excellent property. Cannot rate the dining highly enough. Genuine top quality fine dining restaurant standard. Superb. No hidden extras. Perfect for those happy to just stay in the resort.

The Ikos Dassia was simply magnificent. From the wonderful service and staff, to the delicious dining options to the beautiful property, everything was first rate.

The staff is always happy to assist you and accommodate any request that you have. Hotel facilities are amazing & food was superb with lots of options.

Uniquely well-organized, LOVELY staff, nobody put a foot wrong in five days, not a single complaint, however minor. Food and food choices are excellent.

Absolutely beautiful! The picture shown as the thumbnail is exactly what you see when you are there, and in all honestly it doesn't even do it justice! The resort was amazing, exceptionally clean and the staff is all very friendly and accommodating. The food was everything you could ask for and offered a wide array of options for every pallet. Plenty of activities to enjoy both during the day and the night and the free shuttle to Corfu Town was perfect. I would highly recommend this resort if you are looking for an unforgettable vacation. Service and options were excellent! A nice surprise for me was the kitty strays that they have on the property—they look well and some were friendly. I also enjoyed trying out the four-hands massage at the spa, something that was new for me.

Amazing experience from start to finish

Lovely hotel but inconsistent in service, food not always great and two tier system not evident when booking through Hotels.com which caused problems on arrival. Also allowing day passes to non residents when hotel was at 98pct capacity was ridiculous and the service and experience on those days were not good.

Very nice and helpful staff, they took care of everything we needed and wanted. Really good food, and a lot of variety. Comfortable rooms. The beach is great and the pools are amazing. Very recommended!!!

Amazing stay - highly recommend. Property was gorgeous, clean, had wonderful pools and beach areas with comfortable loungers. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice wine selection. Mid-range liquor (Absolut vodka, for instance) in nice bars. Not everything was open due to COVID (the club, one of the buffets, the sauna, etc) but they made good choices on how to consolidate - we didn’t feel like we were missing anything because we understood. Outstanding food in the buffet. Great massage experience in spa. Very good for couples on a romantic vacation or families. Outstanding value. Includes a car for one day, and boat cruise. Corfu is gorgeous. Would definitely visit again!

Ikos Dassia was amazing! We were skeptical about staying in an all inclusive, but everything - room, food, amenities, service - was excellent. Upon arrival we were temperature and vaccine checked - this enabled us to then go mask free throughout our stay on the property. It was so nice to not worry and be “normal” for a week! Jenny was our guest relations concierge that we met on the 1st day and who we communicated with via WhatsApp during our stay. She helped arrange all reservations we wanted throughout our time at the resort (e.g. dinner, tennis courts, gym access, car rental) and quickly answered questions. She was super friendly and awesome at her job. We wished that other properties offered this type of service! We loved that the resort gives you a free car rental day with one of the Ikos branded Minis during your stay. It gave us a break from the sun in the middle of the week to explore the island and was very easy to reserve and pickup/return on the day. Overall, I’d highly recommend Ikos! It may be more expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for and overall we thought it was great value for money. We would absolutely stay at another one of their properties without thinking twice!

I had an excellent stay at Ikos Dassia. The level of service and attention to detail was unparalleled. This is a very comfortable and luxurious resort that has everything you would need for a vacation. There are plenty of activities, terrific restaurants, and many areas to enjoy the sun and sea. Our personal concierge, Skerdi, did a fantastic job making sure we were comfortable and arranged our activities. I highly recommend to anyone looking to spend time on Corfu.

The resort was a large self-contained, safe, relaxing environment where you ere surrounded with opulence and friendly staff catering for your every whim. The all-inclusive took away the stress of carrying money and paying bills, be that for dining in any of the 6 a la carts restaurants, or on the beach, or simply, drinks anywhere, with water sports and entertainment thrown in. Ikos go the extra mile to ensure your happiness and treat you as individuals. Nothing not to like!
