Customer service was awful. Staff was rude. Room didn’t have a phone & was cold. Bin lid in the bathroom was broken. Pillows had hair on them.

It is a nice place to stay.

Property was about a 2-hour walk from Central Rail station. So you will have to get to know the transit. But M54 train will take you directly to and back from City Central Rail and then everything else is in walking distance. Hotel was clean and except for a few slamming doors and people coming in at 2:00 a.m. in the morning it was very quiet. The stuff was very helpful. I plan on staying here again in the near future and I would recommend this property although it is a little bit overpriced but this is Amsterdam after all and everything here is expensive

Close by to restaurants, metro and Ziggo Dome which is why I was there. Got an upgrade on my room from a single to a triple unprompted which was great. Hotel has vending machines and is in a quiet area.

Rude desk staff that checked us in. Extremely dirty mattress with no fitted sheet. Used condom under the loose sheet on top of the mattress. Hair all over bathroom sink. Wi-Fi didn’t work over half the time.

Efficient staff, quiet big rooms and 20 minutes journey to Amsterdam centre by metro.

The property was ok but there is construction next door that worked on Saturday and began very, very early in the morning.

The tax and deposit kinda rubbed me the wrong way but it was expected. Everything else was great, especially the transportation, and the environment.

Would stay again

Fairly comfortable bed but a bit noisy. Able to hear people in other rooms and doors banging etc. Not much in the local area but 5 mins from metro. Better than most hotels in the centre so represents good value if you don't mind commuting.

The hotel was clean but the room had no windows nor air conditioner.

Room was smelly, and aircon did not work.

Sommige medewerkers spreken engels, geen probleem natuurlijk echter kon je daar gek genoeg relatief laat pas achter. Kamer is prima maar kan wat onderhoud en een goeie schoonmaakbeurt gebruiken
