The room was very clean and staff were friendly and sympathetic. However, I had a difficult time because the room was uncomfortably warm (at least 26°C/80°F, which other people may find perfectly tolerable) It was a top-floor room, and because I went in April, apparently there was nothing they could do to turn on the A/C because they were still in winter mode. They suggested opening the window, which made things a little better, but there is a ton of noise from the street, and the smoke smell is heavy. This was the only place I stayed at in Türkiye where I felt anything but perfectly comfortable with just a window open. I think the top floor and the busy location worked against it. In the end, I was really thankful to only be there for one night.

Small but well appointed clean room. The upper floors are reserved for smokers. My neighbor had to be reminded of this frequently. The hotel staff did everything they could to get him to stop. They really work hard to ensure my happiness. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal!

Nice location and clean hotel. However, the rooms smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the WiFi on the 6th floor didn't really work. Definitely a "you get what you pay for" deal...

Hotel is walkable to Haci Bayram Mosque and around areas. Bedding is clean and Breakfast is good.

I liked everything in this hotel. Room was good, location was good, service was good, cleaning was good and breakfast was excellent!!! Definitely will stay there on my next trip.

Overall the Hotel was great value. The only thing I must add is the room has no iron or an ironing board. I was told that laundry service starts at 9am, this was too late for me as I had early plans.

The hotel makes you feel that it is new built, everything is clean. The breakfast is beautiful and the reception lady speaks good English. There is a possibility to clean all the clothes by the hotel however you need to wait from 8 am to 4 PM. The Hotel is only 15 minutes walking from the train station of Ankara. Keep the good work guys.

This is a very good hotel. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable, though it would have been nice to have more than one sheet. Bathroom was also good. Towels were sometimes very thin and threadbare, which was out of keeping with the general quality. The door lock did not work. Some attractions are within walking diatance and the hotel is 10 minutes from a metro station, so it is easy to get around. There are small bazaars nearby with traditional cafes. Not loads of good restaurants, but enough for a short stay. The immediate area is just a busy local street. It didnt feel unsafe, but wasn't really attractive either. Views from our room were lovely though. Breakfast had a reasonable variety, lots of fruit and cheese, but limited hot options. Some people seemed to have things cooked to order, but this was not clearly advertised. Some things needed to be covered or chilled better. The air conditiner took a while to cool the room and was quite noisy as the fan setting did not function corrrectly.

My sister stayed in this hotel for a night. It's a very clean and convenient hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

the only issue was the room was very warm. it being november the ac was off i guess. we could open the window but the hotel is located in a very busy area with lots of traffic noise. Staff, room, breakfast was all great. i would recommend staying there, convenient and comfortable.
