Hot water is limited at the property and regularly cuts out. The flat had a strong smell of mould. It’s a shame as the location is fantastic.

The apartment itself was great, clean modern all the goodies in the kitchen BUT BEWARE THE STEPS! Maybe it is written somewhere in the description but if so, I missed it. You get dropped off at the bottom of the steps and the unit is up there - 124 irregular stone steps (old city, lots of uneveness) with luggage to get to it. The city is hilly, so the apartment is halfway to the things at the top and halfway to the things at the river.

The worst location ever. In a hole. Tons of stairs to get in or out of the property. Dark at night. Host mess up card on first day. A total mess up. No way they should be on Expedia or orher company. My knees still hurt.

This is a miserable place. Avoid it, It smelled of fish during our entire stay. There was an empty beer bottle on the floor when we arrived. Only one room has a balcony. The “breakfast” was some sort of inedible mess that was delivered every morning. This place ruined our trip to Porto. If I could think of any worse adjectives, I would use them.

I think the apartment was nice however we ended up switching to another of the Feel Porto apartments as this one (and all the Codecal apartments) are located on a steep hill that you can not drive to. Getting to the apartment requires either climbing several flights of steep stairs or going down several flights of steep stairs. This would have been challenging with luggage and then would have to be repeated everytime we left the apartment. I think there should be information on this in the description as some people would be unable to even reach this apartment. That said, we asked to be moved & Feel Porto accommodated us quickly. Their customer service was top notch & the apartment we moved to was clean & well appointed.

The view is amazing! Very nice small apartment , super clean and well maintained. The access is not easy, be prepared to climb a lot of stairs as it is in the top of a hill.

The apartment building's location is ideal, next to the river and the Luis I bridge that connects the city of Porto to Gaia. It's a busy area, but right where you want to be as a visitor to the city. The apartment itself is well appointed, clean, and everything woks well. It's roomy and the river view is stunning.

The property is located right in the middle of old Porto, in a beautiful street with stairs down to the river side. From outside is an old building that has been beautifully restored. When you go inside it is bright, modern, wooden floors throughout and nicely decorated. 10/10. The person that received us explained everything very well and he was friendly and professional. Very pleased and highly recommend.

Location was right on the Douro River however if going up from the riverside you walked up steep 123 steps. View from the apartment was wonderful. Everything in the apartment was great. Two negatives- host was 10 minutes late ( neighbors were getting concerned)and the address on our reservation was incorrect (was actually 36 not 34 which wasn’t there) and the $22e for housekeeping which never happened. We were there for 4 days and no one came by. They should build it into their daily advertised rate if they aren’t actually going to do any housekeeping then it wouldn’t be questioned.

This place is in such a great location. Warning, you will be climbing stairs. It is located half way up the stairs from the river that goes up to upper Porto. This is what makes it so great though. You are right in the middle of everything. If you go down you come out right at the lower bridge that crosses over to the port houses. If you go up, your right by the train/subway station. Easy access to getting to the airport. And also your right at the upper bridge to cross over. Or just explore upper Porto. Easy bus ride to the beaches. Room was nice. We will stay here again on any future visits.

Ricardo met us promptly and even carried our suitcases to this fantastic studio flat overlooking the river. It is exceedingly well designed as the bedroom is away from the festive riverside activities. The kitchen has everything you need and is also exceedingly well thought out. The place was spotless and everything is new. When they renovate (no need to for many years) they should buy a different sofa bed. As a sofa it is terrible. A charming and fresh breakfast is served as well. Highly recommended!!!!!
