Very spacious.

The staff were helpful and welcoming, and the property was well located. Block out blinds or curtains would have made my stay more comfortable. In summer there was too much light in the room almost all night.

Located right in front of the guest harbour.

Great breakfast, cozy rooms with great beds! Very friendly staff!

The room was very small, smell old, and had bad ventilation. Everything in the room was cheap and overly used. The toilet and bathroom were old, stained, and smelly. Certinly overpaid for a hotel room that was way overdue for renovation. Felt like the owner is milking every penny of profit without putting something back into fixing the hotel.

Clean, nice and spacious room, but not the room that we had booked. We booked a standard room, with double bed, but we got a room with two small single beds instead. We came around 9PM and the reception closed at 5PM, so we didn't bother to call them to arrange for a new room at that hour, since we basically just needed a place to sleep for the night. That said, it didn't look like the hotel was to busy, so it should not have been any problem to check our reservation, and provide us with the booked room. Except of that, room was nice, spacious and clean, with a good location, in the city.

Bra boende. Enkel frukost som ändå har allt.Snabb hjälp när problem uppstår på rummen.

Bra hotell med god standard og god mat

Trevlig personal och mysigt hotell. Däremot kan frukosten utvecklas. Det fanns ingen äggröra och endast en sorts youghurt. Bröd hade det kunnat finnas mer av.

Rigtigt dejligt hotel i en fin afstand fra Danmark. Super flinkt personale, mulighed for opladning af elbil til ganske billige penge, og en fin morgenbuffet. Absolut anbefalelsesværdigt og noget vi helt klart vil benytte igen, hvis muligheden byder sig.

Supersmidig incheckning. Vi kom sent på kvällen men det löstes på trevligt sätt med information via SMS om att hämta nyckel i box. Det var rent, fräscht och sköna sängar. Frukosten var jättefin men vi blev lite besvikna på brödet/frallorna som inte var färskt. Supertrevlig personal!

The room itself was nice, it had everything you would neeed for a nights stay. Tidy and clean. All staff we met was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was not good however. We ate on a sunday morning at 9 and at first there was no bread at all. When they finally brought some out, it was at least 2 days old. Unedible. I know fresh bread on a sunday can be hard to find but then you should consider bake off (frozen or fresh that you put in the oven) or something.

Super nem indtjekning og udtjekning. Fin morgenmad. Lige ned til Vänern. Mariestad er en hyggelig by. Super med mulighed for opladning på stedet. Godt nok en merpris, men stadig billigere end ved Tesla's egne ladere.
