Picture lot better than actual place.

Amazing location, very close to everything you need to make you trip amazing. English speaking friendly staff. Rooms are very modern and clean with Australian power points, cleaned every day and washing and drying facilities in your room on balcony. Can’t recommend this enough. The H cafe and Bar is 100m away and has amazing coffee and tap beer. Highly recommend.

Hotel staff were great, however it would be great if there was an information pack for visitors about what to see and where to eat in guangzhou. No signs on building to say her fun appararenys so it was very hard to find you can’t walk in off the street so more information provided prior would have been great . The rooms were clean and location was very good - however the beds were very very hard . Softer beds would have been a lot better - overall I give it a 7/10

Room is spacious, clean, neat and well design bathroom doors. Stove, microwave, safe, fridge and washer are well equipped. Highly recommend.

New building, new furniture, great service, quite location, compound community area.

Apartment was very clean. Staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful. Environment was clean & one felt safe. Restaurants were nearby. Train station was not far away, walking distance. Hotel rate was reasonable. I will definitely stay here again.

Location is in a bustling area with many restaurants around. The room was clean but the bed was hard like I was sleeping on a slab of rock. There’s a parking lot (not free) but the attendant didn’t speak English so it took a while to get maneuver around to find the check in counter. I think I’d prefer a hotel over a serviced apartment as things are much more intuitive.

We booked the deluxe twin room and the bed is 2 queen size bed, good for 4 pax per room. Room is bound condition is fine. We changed our room after 2 night due to the moisture smell. Overall is good.

A service apartment hotel with a very small front office. Generally adequate. Although there are very few catering facilities, there are many restaurants and pubs around.

The apartment is pretty new and very comfortable. The only complaint I have is the noise insulation is bad as I can hear people talk in the hall way and knocking on the doors. The bed sheet wasn’t clean so I had to wash the washer on ththe balcony to clean it . Besides that I would come back again.

The Hotel apartment were as pictured. Clean and spacious. The front desk staff Evelyn and Sally were very helpful. Overall we had a very nice stay.

Only the problem is the bed too soft may be that is sofa bed not a formal bed Otherwise all the things are good
