The room was great! I booked a windowed room, and they delivered exactly as promised. Loved the natural light and fresh feel. Plus, it even came with its own Ambi Pur air freshener—such a nice touch! A walking distance to restaurants and eateries👍

It was a lovely stay for my family and I! The rooms were spacious and clean! The common area is great and comfortable for my parents to enjoy while waiting for the room. The receptionist (Ms. Meng) such a lovely and helpful person!

Strategic location, just 2 blocks away from the ferry terminal, eateries nearby. Staff are great and warm. There is a section downstairs for guests to have drinks and snacks (foc) since the hotel doesn't provide a kettle in room. Room is clean. Good WiFi connection. I experienced as what's been advertised. The only shortage for me is no elevator.
