Perfect

Lovely hotel where the rooms are like little apartments, excellent friendly staff and brilliant location in city centre. The only thing not so good was dirty windows that spoilt the view

Amazing check in with the 2 receptionists - super friendly and professional.

Great location and great hotel!

Area was great for food options, shopping, and very close to train system.

Superb position in town for eating out. Room smelt a little funny like a drain smell when we got back each night, and one side of the bed was against the wall which was a pain, but we didn't complain so nobody would have known to sort it which they may well have done.

The pastries were limited. The description should have said croissants only, as they were the only ‘pastries’ available. For the price of the room, we feel the selection should have been more.

We arrived on Saturday early asked if we could leave the backs I asked if I could pay my booking now without realising I got charged for early check in which I didn’t agree to. On our way out to a connect we asked for late check out which the girl on the desk said it was complementary which we thought that’s great. The next morning we got a call at about 11.20am to be asked if we had paid for late check out we explained. Phone down then 2 seconds later call again asking the same thing we wouldn’t have minded but the girl who gave us the late check out rang us. And then 20 minutes later I got a call saying my payment hadn’t gone though and I booked two rooms apparently absolute nightmare tbh

Booked 2 rooms, turned up at 16:00, 1 room ready 2nd room not. Check in is 15:00 ?

Not your humdrum hotel - a lot of character. Great space, close to interesting places to indulge for shopping or eating.

Perfect central location for shops and the AO Arena the building was well laid out with choice of restaurants within the building. My only complaint would be lack of communication regarding parking facilities which is a discount with Q-carparks. 25% off but did not respond to my request for the code or details until after my visit.

Great central location. Have stayed here before. The door did not stay closed on the first Room we were given but they swapped us quickly and upgraded us which was great and meant we got a slightly bigger room for the stay

Nice location with plenty of good restaurants around. Only downside is the distance from reception to the rooms.

First time in an Apart-hotel. Nice option with you are staying in Manchester for a few day. It was good to spot the sustainability tweaks.

Perfect location - Tram stop right outside - surrounded by eateries & shops - busy during the day & quieter at night Staff very pleasant & friendly. Clean & spacious & modern rooms Only downside is the walk to rooms - veryyyyy longgggg corridors
