Our stay was fantastic. I would highly recommend Dona Graca. The staff was warm and inviting. The breakfast was delicious and the apartment style room was charming. We would love to visit again and stay at Dona Graca. We felt very at home and the customer service was top notch. Lisbon was a beautiful city to visit.

This property is very well kept. The rooms are very clean and spacious for our family of four. The front desk members are very kind and helpful. The housekeeping is available upon request and is very efficient. We are having a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Dona Graca for your stay in Lisbon.

This place was fine, but I can't see myself staying here again. I asked the front desk twice for additional toilet paper that was never provided.

We spent 10 days at Dona Graca apartments & were delighted! it was the perfect place for our birthday getaway! Each morning we received fresh rolls & OJ.. our fridge was stocked with yogurts & delicious jellies. The staff was friendly & readily available to assist with questions The space was nicely designed & right outside was a lovely garden area & pool. Close to restaurants & groceries. Highly recommend!

Clean room, helpful staff

Great apartment, spacious enough for us and our baby. Apartment backed onto the pool which was perfect for us. Only thing we weren't aware of is that the garden and pool area is shared with a restaurant next door so in the evening there are restaurant diners in the garden. Although they say you can still use the area, we felt a bit uncomfortable going out there because it was a quiet dining atmosphere.

What a breath of fresh air. We were on our first vacation without children and it was a beautiful, serene stay! Would recommend to anyone!

The location of this property was pretty good. A bit out of the way if that is what you want. Parking was very easy, we liked that about the location. The room itself was fine, clean. The door was very old and having to use an old key to open and close it every day was a bit annoying as it kept getting stuck. We had an issue with our credit card on the day of check in, the property was not accepting payment from our Canadian Visas. We tried several times and many cards, we also confirmed from our banks that our cards were totally fine and it was an issue at the property. It was very stressful and the staff didn't offer much to compensate making us feel like it was our fault (when it was not). If you are a Canadian or even US checking into this property, be aware your card may not work. The pictures of the pool area were very deceiving in my opinion. It is very small and not many places to sit if there are multiple people or families outside. The back area was also a bit tired looking. All in all the stay was OK, however, I would not stay here again.

Hugo was quite friendly with our check-in. The support staff (not sure her name) was very nice and helpful.

Great property. Can't really praise enough. We really enjoyed the fresh breads and juice they dropped at the door every morning. Will stay again for sure.

Too far from the hustle n center. The restaurant next door makes a lot of noise and hard to sleep in night.

Such a gem of a place. The room was beautiful and comfortable, and service went above and beyond. Was a wonderful place to stay for our family with a toddler. Highly recommend.
