We thought the room was rather small but otherwise very good.

The location was great but the positives stop there. The bed was magically both too hard and too soft - truly the worst bed I've ever slept in. There wasn't anyone at check in, and they didn't tell us about the code to get into the building. Hotels.com handled the situation well but otherwise yikes.

The room we had was clean with a clean bathroom as well.Good size bed and very comfy.The big screen tv was a bonus. For a 3 star hotel and not a very large room such thing is rare to find. The receptionist was friendly, polite and helpful.The breakfast was very good and the location is very central.Thank you.

This small hotel is located in a perfect location to explore Cluj Napoca's historic city. Fast internet; comfortable bed; super clean; HOT water...this is a reliable and affordable place. Fourth time staying here and it is always reliable. Thank you, Fullton! :-)

The staff is very nice and accommodating. They usually serve breakfast from 8 am but on my last day I had to leave early, so they arranged everything and I could have breakfast very early in the morning, at 7:15 am. The area is just perfect, in the city center, walking distance to many points of interest. The bathroom was new and clean. The room was ok but a bit dusty and the carpet could definitely use some cleaning, if not replacement. Otherwise all good, I would go back with other occasion.

Avoid this place! If you want to stay in a place with horrible conditions where things are falling apart, where staff when you are asking for a bottle of water that you want to pay for it is telling you yo go in rain three blocks then use Fulton. They gave usthe WRONG room and a different room that what I booked. Shame on you Fulton. Expedia should take of its website this property. This is not a hotel, not even a motel.

From start to finish we really enjoyed ourselves. The room was clean and tidy as featured on the website, the shower was great with free showergel. The lady on reception was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just what was needed in a morning before we set off exploring. We had a room overlooking the streets which was lovely view especially at night with all the lights. Great location near Old Town easy acess to everything. Only complaint was no tea or coffee station downstairs for getting your own pre dawn cuppa. Maybe the hotel could provide one in the future.

This is a decent budget option. The location is perfect, there are nice restaurants right on your doorstep. Breakfast was pretty standard but good & with enough options to satisfy (cereals, yoghurt, toast, spreads, eggs, ham, cheese, fruit, cakes, coffee, juices etc....) Staff are friendly. Little bit of room for improvement with the room cleaning. Would be happy to stay again if I were ever to return to Cluj

Great location. Reliable staff. No night service - not a problem - but they ordered a taxi for 05:00 Sunday morning to get me to the airport for a must-catch plane and all went smoothly, to my relief.

Room is good & clean. Breakfast is good. We lived in 3rd floor, but no elevator. Staff didn’t help to take luggage to 3rd floor. Overall is good.

Highly recommended, very good location, staffs are helpful and friendly. We are definitely use it again.

Historical aura of the building and neighborhood are fascinating. Hotel staff and management are always ready to help. Breakfast service is rich and there was a coffee treat at the welcome=)

The receptionist was very helpful when I found my external lock of suitcase got fault. She tried to find all possible tools for me to break the external lock in order to open my suitcase. It was late night upon my checking-in, and finally I can open the suitcase. Thanks for the great help from the receptionist.
