Was very good and well kept

The room was adequate for the price ,staff were not overly friendly. $100 Canadian deposit was taken on damage of the room when we arrived and we expected it to be returned on the day we left . The staff lady at the reception said it could take up to 30 days . This is not good enough it has been a week now without it being put back into credit card account .The next place we stayed did the same and the deposit was back in our account the next day. This we think is illegal.

Adequate. Very dirty carpets.

Room was nothing fancy but did the job , it was clean. Parking lot on the other hand was horrible, very rough with big holes, definitely needs to be repaired.

We traveled with kids,Room and service was ok.Breakfast is just ok not many options.

This is a basic, decent, place to stay. It's not unclean, but there's nothing remarkable here either. Value for price paid was marginal; it should be priced about 10-15% lower than it is.

Do not recommend. Found a bed bug right away. We arrived at 1:30am and had to leave and continue driving as there was no hotels in the area avaible at that time. There was water leaking from the ceiling in the front entrance as well. The front desk staff was nice but couldn’t really help. She took the picture of the bug and sent it to her manager. I am waiting for a refund. Hoping I can receive it

Stayed here a number of times and as always, everything was excellent. Can’t wait for the next trip here.

Parts of parking lot is sloped. Inside was clean. Staff was helpful. Had other guests yelling and screaming .slamming doors at 3am till 5am. Decent bed. Fat,firm pillows. Sofa couch was old,coffee table was rough looking with paint chops all over. Needs a good update . In an executive room and NO dishes,cutlery nothing,not even a stove,how is that an executive room? Should have small stove and some dishes. Small coffee pot in room,makes half a cup of coffee. Very few electrical outlets.very dim and only a couple lights,no plugs for outlets or phone charging on the lights like most modern lights have. Very small breakfast room 6 tables,did have warm sausages,scrambled eggs,waffle machine. Coffee,juices,toast. Could use more varieties of fruits and breads. Overall hotel needs a whole new renovation on the rooms and breakfast area.

Parking lot is full of holes, and gravel and mud. Building was great

Front desk was very accommodating and went out of the way to help.

Service and host were very helpful
