The hosts gave us a very warm welcome and showed us everything needed in our. The guest house is a beautiful cottage with a rich history which is worth reading in the welcome book. The room was spacious and comfortable and everything needed from teas, coffees, hot chocolate, cookies, chocolates and mints, going over and above the usual couple of tea bags etc. the bathroom was very clean and the shower was powerful and always hot.
The bed was so comfy we slept amazingly.
The options provided for breakfast was so many we wished we had stayed more then the one night we did and we did have was cooked to perfection. You have to try the toast made with homemade bread.
The location is excellent for the centre of town with lots of eating and drinking options close by. The only gripe is the parking places are few and far between but this is no fault of the hosts or guest house, it is a problem in the whole town during busy periods.
Cannot fault this place at all and will most definitely be my first choice pick when staying in Richmond in the future.
