A large comfortable apartment with great views from the balcony Everything was as we expected

Close to the airport for an early morning flight .

The airport shuttle driver did not arrive despite the fact it was arranged and paid for in advance. I had to send multiple text messages to the management team at the hotel, then he arrived an hour later. Request the phone number of the driver in advance. The tub in the bathroom does not have a non slip surface or grab bars and one can slip and sustain an injury easily. Otherwise a nice stay in a clean, safe, building with access to several restaurants, the tram, and the subway/ metro close by.

Excellent apartment in a residential area with access to cafes and restaurants nearby including a big mall with a range of services.

The property was nice and clean. The area felt very safe. There was a security guard often and when there was not a guard the building door was closed and you had to swipe your key to get in, plus the individual rooms were locked. There was a very good restaurant close by and you are walking distance to the Metro. The area was very quiet, we slept with the windows open without any noise problems. Lots of coffee and ice cream close by. This was perfect for a small family.

Very clean, modern, and safe - great apartment close to train station. Great view and lovely patio for breakfast. No complaints!

This property was clean, safe and great to manage the reservation. There were towels for our family of 5 and the bathrooms and everything else was extremely clean.. thank you I will definitely stay here again!

Apartment was clean and comfortable with very close proximity to underground station, local market shop and a good restaurant across the street.

We originally booked our stay for 12 nights, but checked out early due to safety/security concerns. On multiple occasions, we witnessed people holding the entrance open for anyone wanting to enter. Given that there was no front desk or staff on the property, we did not feel safe at all. Even though the published change policy was a penalty of one night's stay, the hotel charged us for all remaining 8 nights. I am currently disputing the charge with my credit card company due to their policy violation. I will keep you posted. Overall, the property is very clean and in a convenient location. However, it is not safe or secure due to the fact that it is part of an apartment complex with many other residents who allow access to unknown people. AND there is no front desk or security at the property. AVOID this property!

Large clean apartment in exactly the right location for us

This place was spacious and very clean. The view from the balcony is beautiful! Although it is a bit far from the Old Town Square and Charles Bridge, about 20-30 minutes drive, it is worth it.

Loved the location. Very peaceful at night and easy to access the tube to downtown or get to the airport. Only downside was the elevator was broken one night but it was fixed the next day and didn’t detract from our visit. We hope to stay there again!

Perfect appartment, cosy and clean room, new furniture, nearby metro station

Inaccurate check in instructions and missing chip for the doors, however corrected by quick reply from customer care. Apartment itself spacious, clean, well maintained. Would come back.

Brand New clean apartment! Right next to the Metro station. Very convenient within walking distance to Restaurants Grocery stores and coffee shops.

Instalações muito boas, contudo a falta de ar condicionado prejudica em muito o bem estar em dias de calor. Somente 1 ventilador no apartamento, solicitado outro foi informado a indisponibilidade, mesmo sendo usados os dois ambientes. Foi necessário abrir as janelas para um maior conforto. Inacreditável diante do investimento realizado.
