Well priced hotel with very friendly staff. Food excellent. Upstairs rooms recommended for quietness.

Amazing as ever!

Stayed overnight here for a Comic Con close-by with a friend, we were absolutely gobsmacked by the entire Inn. Room was exquisite and spacious and the bathroom was terrific, staff were lovely and the food was beyond delicious. Considering that it was only £90 for an overnight stay plus £50 for a two-person dinner it's a genuine steal in terms of pricing, might just make another trip to Wales for the sole purpose of staying another night or two, genuinely.

Great breakfast choices. Fast Internet, Fresh modern bedroom with a large modern bathroom. Excellent value for money.

A great place for our stopover. Staff were excellent and always accommodating. Room was good for the price we paid.

Decent room, really good size. Nice and quiet. Rooms separate from reception and bar area. Only stayed one night, comfy bed. Had GF breakfast. Staff great throughout the stay. Bar area very nice. Would stay again.

The staff provided stupendous customer service, friendly, helpful, attentive. The room was spacious and a modern big bathroom too. Just couldn't fault anything. It was handy having a fridge in the room and a microwave

The Hotel convenient to get to Celtic Manor with a fair amount of parking. The rooms are a good size and overall cleanish. A fair few cobwebs and a lot of dust but nothing too dire. The shower over the bath has decent pressure. Tea / coffee is provided but with only one sachet of sugar I was glad I brought my own, We ate in the restaurant - the service was slow, especially given it wasn't particularly busy. Outside the views are lovely, the patio area is well maintained and very pretty. All things considered a nice hotel with nice staff.

Very nice stay in lovely surroundings with extremely nice staff. The room was perfect, plenty of free parking & a fine bed. Recommended.

Great place but sadly the breakfast let them down 1 sausage 1piece of bacon smealt of cooking fat.(shame really)
