Great breakfast

Breakfast included with amenities like a public bath and coin laundry made for a comfortable 11 night stay!

I stayed for 2 weeks on Business. Excellent Japanese breakfast which has different bits each day. Hotel is on a main road but is quiet, no noise disturbance. Hotel is 15 minutes walk from Tsukuba Center, but there's nowhere to eat in the immediate area which is the biggest drawback. I did have some issues connecting to the wifi in the room - some days it wouldn't connect so I used an Ethernet cable. Wifi in the lobby worked well. Overall for the low price of £35 per night it was far above my expectations and one I would go back to if I'm in the area again

The breakfast was cold and very poor quality. The hotel is old and worn. The bathroom floor sounded like it was going to break through! The wifi connection was also extremely poor.

I stayed by myself for one night on a business trip. This was a decent, basic hotel, with kind and helpful staff. I would go back again. The public bath is all right, and there is also a small outdoor bath (rotenburo). Was kinda surprised to see an Alfa Romeo dealership attached to the hotel!

Polite staff. Good location. Japan is beautiful. The staff were really accomidating and friendly. I would stay here again.

・駅からは遠く、近隣にコンビニもないエリア ・古い設備 ・清掃の不足（洋服掛けの上の棚に物を置こうと思ったらほこりだらけで真っ白になった） ・朝食の海苔（5枚入り）が古いのか、はがれないほどでした ・スタッフの方は非常に感じよく対応いただきました

貸し出し自転車があるのは良かった

鉄の扉とお部屋が想像してなかったくらいに良くなかった。

もう少しきれいな方がありがたいです

朝食があって、そしてなにより自転車を借りられるのがとても嬉しかったです。駅から徒歩20分ほどと少し離れていますが、道も複雑ではなく駅との往復も楽しめました。

値段相応。可もなく不可もなく。 つくばエクスプレスのおかげで東京まで1時間程度で出られるのが利点。 東京に用があるけど1万円以内で宿が欲しいと言う場合はアリ。

注意書きにありましたが、やはりお風呂は好きな時に入りたい。お風呂ありきのタイムスケジュールは、しんどいなぁ。
