i stay for 2 nights, hotel staff very friendly and helpfull. the surrounding area is good, location near tourist location, but the room is dusty, i can smell the dust, eventhough they have air cleaner, it was not helpfull at all. other than that, everything was okay. I hope the hotel management can improve the cleanliness quality, so that next time I stay, I won’t get a dusty room again. 🙏😁🙏

And the facilities I like the most are hot, cold water baths and saunas on the floor. 13. Suitable after a day of walking, soaking, soreness disappears. Rooms are not very big but comfortable. There was a bit of a miskom, asked for a non-smoking room but was given smoking. But they offer to deodorize every day. Very satisfying service. Recommend coming here if staying in Osaka.

The location of the hotel is very strategic, the rooms are clean although small but comfortable enough for three of us, it's just that the suitcase is a bit difficult to open in the room but that's not a problem, the hotel staff is pleasant and informative and helps well. The hotel facilities are good, there is paid laundry, free hot spa or public bath. Toiletries are very good.
