Quiet, nice room, clean bathroom!

Comfortable and near the shopping street.

The location is very good, the rooms are also quite spacious, there is a sauna and onsen although it is a bit small but it is okay.

Strategic and good hotel in the Shinsaibashi area. Location close to Shinsaibashi station, Shinsaibashi shopping center, Dotonburi. Complete facilities from free coffee, tea and bread from check out time until evening, laundry, vending machine. And the facilities I like the most are hot, cold water baths and saunas on the floor. 13. Suitable after a day of walking, soaking, soreness disappears. Rooms are not very big but comfortable. There was a bit of a miskom, asked for a non-smoking room but was given smoking. But they offer to deodorize every day. Very satisfying service. Recommend coming here if staying in Osaka.

The location is close to Dotonburi and the train station, which is around 200-300 meters. There is bread and coffee at certain hours. The staff and rooms are great.

The location of the hotel is very strategic, the rooms are clean although small but comfortable enough for three of us, it's just that the suitcase is a bit difficult to open in the room but that's not a problem, the hotel staff is pleasant and informative and helps well. The hotel facilities are good, there is paid laundry, free hot spa or public bath. Toiletries are very good.

The room is a bit small but still very clean bed is comfortable pillows is a bit too small however the location is very good near many things.

Great Hotel, good service and location. Rooms are a a bit small but that 's pretty much normal for an average normal room in Japan.

We are 3 persons in 1 rooms and we stay 5 nights there. We get 2 double bed. The rooms really great, clean and we can open our 3 big luggages. Which is superb, the location near everything such as department store, food to eat, station, kombini store. There are washing machine with coins and vending machine. You can get drink hot tea and bread every afternoon at lobby hotel, but the hotel didn't provide mineral water. Surely when we go to Osaka again, will stay at this hotel. Thanks.

Gosh! The receptionist did not do proper check about my booking, She asked my husband to pay during our check in, thank God his memory is good he remember that I have made an online payment. The staff did not even say sorry. Location wise is OK, 10 mins from Dotonbori, sorrounded by a lot of Clubs and restaurants. The shower room comes with bath tub, my daughter loves it.

The school is near the shopping area, convenient to walk, the room is clean, plus the tub has bubbles for you.
