My room ‘8’ was cleaned daily, all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, at reception senior members always asked if I needed any trip or local travel advice, very helpful. Breakfast was an eye opener very healthy. Room air conditioning was spot on.

Staying at Bliss Riad was a delight. From the very beginning when Farooq came and picked me up and helped me with my bags early in the morning, I felt welcomed and was set right at ease. Farouk made sure that all my needs were met all the days that I stayed. He was so gracious with me even when I had to wake up super early to go on a tour and leave my suitcase with him somewhere safe. Zineb, made my breakfast platter each morning, and her smiling face lit up my day. She helped me learn Arabic, and although we could not communicate so well verbally, we were able to see the light in each other and connected as humans. The staff at Bliss Riad were kind, and always willing to support in anyway. I would highly recommend bliss Riad to anyone staying in Marrakesh. And if I come back, I will most likely try to stay there again. The facilities are extremely clean, with a chill Boho vibe, plenty of space to chill and just do your thing and not be up in anyone else’s business.

Excellent value for money. The hotel itself gave a great sense of its history with grand front entrance and intricately carved wooden doors. Rooftop breakfast was delicious and proportions kept me going until late dinner. Staff were very helpful and polyglot. Will definitely stay at Bliss on next trip to Marrakech if this popular Riad isn’t already completely booked.

Stunning interior design. Beautiful and opulent vibe in this riad. My first thing staying in a Riad and it was a great experience. Ali was particularly super friendly and helpful. Great location, in a nice part of the medina close to pretty much everything within a 15 minute walk.

Staff was extremely helpful and attentive very nice caring people that help with whatever you needed. The rooms are clean and air conditioned and the breakfast is very good. Enjoyed the pool and the spa

Very beautiful room and hotel, great location, breakfast was great and so was the rooftop. However we booked the Executive Suite based on the private patio, our room did not have a patio or balcony.

The room didn’t seem very clean but it could also be the rustic style of the hotel. We didn’t stay very long so didn’t get to experience the rooftop, spa or breakfast. Location is in the central Medina but makes it hard to enter with luggage as cars can’t reach the riad

Gorgeous riad in a great location. Area around is really nice and and walkable to everything worth seeing in the city. Felt safe in and around the road as a solo female traveller. Staff were great, rooftop was gorgeous and room was clean and comfortable with a fab bathroom!

Hospitality was excellent, rooms are clean, Delicious breakfast, ( breakfast changed extra) they can include with room tariff, didn’t get time to enjoy the spa, Recommend, value for the money.

Beautiful boutique Riad managed by fantastic, personable and very helpful staff. Super responsive and accommodating by email also. I cannot emphasise how kind and helpful they were with my partner and myself. Beautiful open terrace for breakfast too! Bliss is also central and a 5-10 min walk from all the medina sights (the Secret Jardin is literally outside) and great restaurants/cafes mere minutes away. Highly recommend.

Great riad in a beautiful part of the medina. Amazing staff, super friendly and helpful. Large comfortable room.

The staff were lovely, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We were served tea as we filled out documents on check in. They provided us an adaptor to use during our stay with them. We had a leak in our room, which we didn’t mind as it was not bad and did not affect us, but our room was changed for us without us needing to raise a concern. I had fallen ill one night and the hotel made me fresh squeezed orange juice at midnight to help me get my sugars back up. We would definitely revisit if we go back to Marrakesh, just for the great treatment from the staff. The room was beautiful as well. The rooftop area was serene and peaceful. Location was also great and you enter the souks straight away. The secret garden is also close by, as well as different restaurants.
