Great getaway place to stay even just for one night. Very clean and friendly.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Nice amenities with firepit patio and BB hoop. Nice big area for gathering and having breakfast. Would stay here again!

Great central spot with bar and restaurant in the hotel.

Food was good, only complaint would be there were no plates in our room. Also thr curtains were stained pretty bad and there was a chip in the ac unit.

The only thing that would have made the stay better is if the bed was softer! Everything else was great!

I received a message from Hilton to download their app and use it to do check-in and I could select my room. I vape so I selected a room on the first floor next to an outside door. When the app told me my room was ready, I was given a completely different room on a different floor. The room was spacious with a king bed and pullout couch, but the garbage disposal and the microwave in the kitchenette area did not work. The front desk told me I did not get the room I selected because it had either not been cleaned or because of maintenance. The fact that I had selected the room almost 24 hrs in advance and the fact that the garbage dispoal and microwave was not working in the room I was given does not excuse either of their explanations. For $150/night, I expect better and cannot recommend this hotel. The complimentary breakfast was also average at best. If you have a family member at the nearby Sanford Medical Center, this is a close, convenient location, but otherwise I would not recommend it.

Stayed here for a family trip. We were there for 3 nights. Room was not cleaned once during our stay. The pool and hot tub had way too much chlorine. Beds were okay. Couldn't hear outside noise which was nice.

Nice hotel, breakfast was OK but they seemed to have some difficulty keeping up with rhe demand on the juice and coffee. Pool was OK but again had some difficulty keeping up with towels.

After searching and reading reviews for hours prior to booking a room at this hotel for 6 days i should have asked around. My experiences was horrible! The front desk staff was Amazing, but the room was poorly kept up and filthy! When i asked to be removed to another room they were unable to do that. They also didnt have anyone to clen the room until almost 2 days later. After requesting a member of management to reach out to me while i was there i didnt even get that. I had to continue to request someone to please come and look at this room. I was then falsely accused of staying at another adjoin property complaing of the room in which i have NEVER STAYED. My room was entered in and looked through by management who couldnt even return my call but entered which is a violation of my privacy. I was NEVER given the opportunity to switch rooms. I WILL NEVER SUPPORT OR STAY AT ANOTHER KAJ PROPERTIES. I will let many know of this experience. I just wanted a clean room not a discount! The way the Regional manager spoke with me trying to make an accusation that i wanted a free stay and that i was on a block ban list was insulting. I have never been so Humiliated and talked down too I asked for proof in which they LIED and made an RACIST assumption that me and my family had to witness. I left there in tear
