A very basic hotel that is what it is and you pay for what you get

Inexpensive, but the rooms are tiny. Everything was in very good condition, but getting around the bed was awkward with a TV hanging on the wall and only about 30cm of space between the bed and the wall, you had to bend down and wiggle past. But nice enough.

Not bad for resting after a long drive.

Good stay. Nice and quiet. Good power shower room in good condition but showing it’s age a little. Floor badly needs cleaning properly with a mop. Overall good value for money.

Very convenient location on our drive to Spain. The room was clean and it was fairly quiet, no frills but perfect for our needs. Breakfast was good value.

Great two night stay. Good location next to autoroute and grocery shopping. Also near enough to Narbonne town and Narbonne Plage. Nothing fancy but just what we needed during our stopover. Parking available for no fee and staff was friendly.

It is very quiet

Parking was free and checking in was fine. It was the room that was really disappointing. The seperate shower cubicle was small, grubby and poorly maintained. The toilet was seperate again and the sink was in the room and no plug. Water had to be running all the time to either wash or shave. Our overall inpression was that IBIS have confused budget ,which means no frills and poor quality, which is unacceptable at any price.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Decoration of room very depressing and dark!

Great value for location. Near a commercial center and highway but not noisy. Friendly staff. Clean and no fee for parking in the enclosed hotel parking lot.

Room was clean and comfortable and location convenient but staff had a problem with our booking - they said they couldn't convert our HK$ to Euros tho' we had paid in.full by card - and made us wait half an hour before they were finally able to release our room.

FRIENDLY SAFF!

This is a budget hotel located right off the freeway (Autoroute A9), and therefore quite convenient for a stopover if you are driving. Basic, but a very good entry in this category. Located in a shopping zone with chain restaurants and supermarket around. No charm—I would not stay there if I were visiting Narbonne (and you need to drive to get downtown) but on our way to somewhere else this was a great, inexpensive choice to stopover. Staff was quite cheerful and helpful. Room clean, good bed, quiet. (No hair dryer in this hotel category, though).

Travailler de nuit, envoyer par avance des mails, obtenir des réponses… pour ne pas être réveillé avant l’heure maximale autorisée, ne rien respecter de son devoir de service… et réveiller ses clients (porte monnaie… seulement). Voici le credo de cet établissement. A fuir si vous voulez dormir… Je déconseille plus que fortement malgré les plates excuses présentées L’hôtellerie est un métier… un métier de service aussi et surtout
