I arrived in the mid night at the hotel after more than 10 hours flight. Surprisingly, the hotel reception couldn't find my booking from ota. On the other side, the hotel staff also don't speak english so it was really difficult to communicate. I also sent email to CS and they informed same, language barrier. Finally, after 1 hour negotiating, the hotel receptionist let me checked in at that night and will confirm everything by tomorrow morning. The hotel reception put me in a smoking floor room, it was really uncomfortable. On the next day, hotel staff informed me that they have confirmed my booking with the travel agent. But still they couldn't move me to the non smoking room because all the rooms are fully booked. Actually I wanted to extend my stay in that hotel. But I decided better to move to another hotel nearby using another travel apps.
