Gorgeous place, great spot and amazing views. Stayed with 2 kids and didn’t hear any noise all night from outside or the other rooms. Would recommend!

The property was great for our one night stay. It was very clean and in a good location.

I was misled by the drone photo of the property. There is an industrial zone between the property and the ocean. The room door was like a safe door, heavy with a 4-pronged bolt. It hinted that the area needed extra safety precautions.

Comfortable Rooms for a family. Good location

You need a car if you stay at this property as a few kilometres from nearest towns. We had an awful smell coming from our room, we later worked out it was the air conditioning. After we switched off air con and opened window is was okay. Property itself is dated and photos appear to be taken some time ago. I feel this accomodation is not worth what we paid. I recommend staying in centre of Optija is a better option. Staff were great.

My room was huge and included a kitchenette. I was there only one night, but it would have been perfect for a week stay. Right across the street from a nice swimming beach. Short drive to Opatia, but not within walking distance for me. Good breakfast. Very nice staff.

The apartmet was light ans spacious, very well maintained and comfortable. The sfaff is super king and the served breakfast was rich and tasteful. Free parking and wifi, also quite close to the beach but you need to cross the (very frequent) road. The area itself is not so attractive, however you can get to Volosko, a cozy little town on foot (2 km).

Very nice hotel with big windows in room that you could get a bit of sea view from. Big and spacious room with modern decor. Located across a bay with a small decent beach. Plenty of parking space. Good variety for breakfast in cafe. Warm and welcoming staffs.

Nice place. Looked fairly new. Great Staff. Out of town far enough that walking into town is not practical.

Such a lovely apartment apart from we didn’t have any kitchen facilities not even a kettle. When I thought in the pictures there was meant to be one. Also the hot tubs were never warm and when we turned them on, someone always tuned them off

It was nice and large compared to regular hotel rooms. Definetly good value for families. Not sure what the desk price was as I booked on expedia. There was a bit of a problem with the room smell. Not sure how the cleaning crew thoight it was a good job and the manager probably did not do a qa inspection. Interaction with staff was minimum, only at the reception, they spoke some english, but like most places in Croatia english is not their cup of tea.

Staff delivers superb service and the breakfast was reamly nice. The ordinary beds were very good as well.

The building was very new with a nice terrace. The room had morden deco and a water view. It was one street above the beach and several kilometers of drive to Opatija beach. So it provided easy access to many waterfront restaurants. Its proximity to Opatija meant closeness to an opulent tourist town while having good value for the suite. The suite was spacious and clean.

The rooms are very well designed. The place is new

The facade of the building does not look like much, but once you enter the hotel it’s like a completely different world. The hotel is clean and classy, floors are carpeted, rooms are big and well equipped, and most importantly the heating in the bathroom for me was the best I’ve ever had in hotels. Even the air conditioning in the room was an in-built ceiling air conditioner that did not fail to warm up the room. Overall a surprising find, and a wonderful stay.

Beautiful brand new place with design elements, very comfortable amenities and friendly service. Some things on the site are under construction but there’s a view of the sea across the road.
